Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a senior Cloud Computing Support Lead to design, implement, and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms for mission-critical workloads in a highly regulated environment in Raleigh, NC.

You will drive incident response, automation, and runbooks, mentor engineers, and collaborate with security, network, and applications teams to ensure governance, reliability, and cloud security across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 8–15 years of relevant enterprise/cloud infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including production deployments.
• Infrastructure as Code tools and scripting languages.
• Experience leading incident, problem, and change management for critical services.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments across major providers.
• Translate requirements into scalable landing zones and platform standards.
• Implement IaC and CI/CD pipelines for repeatable provisioning.
• Design and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting for reliability.
• Apply cloud security best practices per regulatory requirements.
• Lead troubleshooting and RCA for complex cloud incidents.
• Develop and maintain standards, diagrams, and runbooks.
• Mentor engineers on automation and reliability practices.
