Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Cloud Computing Support Lead to serve as the senior technical expert for enterprise cloud infrastructure hosting mission-critical workloads in a highly regulated environment.

You will design, implement, and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms across major providers, mentor engineers on IaC, containers, and runbooks, and drive incident response, problem management, and optimization across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments across major providers.
• Translate requirements into scalable cloud architectures and platform standards.
• Implement and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines for auditable provisioning.
• Design and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve reliability.
• Apply cloud security best practices including IAM, network segmentation, encryption, and key management.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex incidents across teams.
• Develop standards, diagrams, and SOPs for cloud platforms and services.
• Mentor engineers on automation and reliability engineering practices.
