ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Cloud Computing Support Lead to serve as the senior technical expert for enterprise cloud infrastructure hosting mission-critical workloads in regulated environments.

This role designs, implements, and operates secure, scalable cloud platforms across major providers, translating requirements into standardized architectures, landing zones, and automation patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field.
• 8–15 years of enterprise cloud/infra design and operations experience.
• Hands-on with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud with production deployments.
• Proficient with Terraform, CloudFormation, and scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash).
• Experience leading incident, problem, and change management.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments across providers.
• Translate requirements into scalable cloud architectures and standards.
• Implement and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines for repeatable provisioning.
• Design and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve reliability.
• Apply cloud security best practices per regulatory requirements.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex incidents.
• Develop standards, SOPs, diagrams, and recovery procedures.
• Mentor engineers on automation and reliability practices.
