Qualifications

• 15+ years of pharma/biotech AI product strategy and strategy roles in tech
• Track record taking AI initiatives from framing to funding to delivery
• Hands-on with pharma market data foundations: taxonomy, ontology, metadata, KPI frameworks
• Experience building knowledge graphs and agentic AI interfaces
• Hands-on with AI/ML concepts including LLMs, agentic systems, ML lifecycle
• Individual contributor with no direct reports, influencing engineers via frameworks

Responsibilities

• Hunt for high-value AI opportunities across the insight's acceleration lifecycle.
• Quantify value with business cases, cycle-time reduction, revenue uplift, cost avoidance.
• Develop domain patterns for organizing market/competitive/HCP data.
• Own the Enterprise AI opportunity portfolio and prioritization rationale.
• Make hard trade-off calls with clear success metrics and funding considerations.
• Translate business problems into crisp problem statements for engineers.
• Define scope, exit conditions, and scaling pathways before kick-off.
• Surface reuse and platform leverage to create reusable capabilities.
• Design the human-digital split for task ownership and oversight.
• Communicate impact to senior leaders and board in revenue and patient outcomes terms.
