Job summary

Presidio in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Sales Director to own a territory, lead a regional team, and drive revenue growth across professional, managed, and resell services. You will coach and develop Business Development Managers, manage quarterly targets, and build deep executive relationships with clients and partners.

The role requires travel up to 25% and a strong background in cloud, DevOps, and data & analytics.

Qualifications

Lead, coach, and develop sales teams (5+ years in leadership)
Extensive knowledge of public cloud and cloud-native tech (Kubernetes)
8+ years sales experience, ideally with 2+ years selling consulting services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Ability to influence credibly at all organizational levels (C-level)

Responsibilities

Lead regional team of Account Managers for a portfolio of professional, managed, and resell services
Coach BDMs to understand client pain points and desired outcomes, exceeding expectations
Drive new enterprise sales activities with clients and prospects and close opportunities
Track and manage team performance and revenue metrics
Partner with sales leadership to enable territory and grow cloud portfolio revenue
Collaborate with partners to identify new opportunities and align with their outcomes
Develop deep executive relationships with customers and partners
Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and satisfaction
Work with delivery team on proposals and manage customer expectations throughout the sales cycle
Manage Salesforce activity for visibility and follow-up to closure
