Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and end-to-end workflow standardization across care settings. The role coordinates clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and enterprise EHR leadership, with a focus on AI-enabled Epic tools and policy clarity.

You will liaise with Epic teams, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure governance and evidence-based decisions, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise clinical policy development and maintenance across care settings.
• Standardize workflows and align enterprise policies with approved practices.
• Assess AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, Quality & Safety, Privacy, Legal, and IT stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
• Support change management to embed policies within Epic workflows.
