Job summary

State Bank of Texas is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide in-office, end-to-end technical support across multiple bank locations in Texas. The role covers hardware and software maintenance, network connectivity, and IT process ownership.

You will travel to locations, configure and repair PCs/servers/printers, manage Active Directory and AzureAD, and support Fiserv core applications while ensuring regulatory compliance and security practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to support hardware and software across multiple bank locations.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Familiarity with Fiserv core applications and bank regulatory practices.
• Willingness to travel to bank locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to IT Help Desk requests for bank staff.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software.
• Install/repair PCs, servers, and printers and maintain IT inventory.
• Manage AVAYA phone system setup, user accounts, extensions, and voicemail.
• Maintain documentation and support procedures; multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with vendors and bank core providers to resolve issues.
