Job summary

Yardi is seeking a Strategic Client Partner in Santa Ana, CA, to act as a trusted advisor for key customers in Virtuoso Enterprise implementations. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure adoption, measure ROI, and align outcomes with clients’ strategic business objectives.

The role requires strong project management, executive communication, and stakeholder collaboration across Service, Product Development, Sales, and Customer Experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in multifamily housing, property technology, or SaaS.
• 5+ years in client-facing roles with leadership and problem resolution.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong executive-level communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and customer advocate, aligning client goals with Yardi solutions to drive adoption and value realization.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Service, Product Development, Sales, and Customer Experience to resolve challenges and enhance client experience.
• Identify opportunities to maximize ROI by guiding customers with performance insights and strategic planning.
• Drive customer retention and satisfaction by addressing critical issues and developing action plans to reduce churn.
• Translate client feedback into actionable recommendations to improve products, services, and operations.
