Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Client Manager in the Houston area to drive sales with local Fortune 500 customers. You will leverage the sales engineering team to identify gaps, scope multi-year initiatives, and deliver infrastructure modernization, multicloud, and security solutions.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage large deals and complex financials, and build proposals while traveling up to 25% to meet clients and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of account management experience with large commercial or enterprise customers.
• 5+ years leading a sales book of business around $20M+ annual revenue.
• Ability to work independently in a team-selling environment.
• Strong track record in solution selling focused on business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and experience using AI tools at work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and position WWT capabilities with client objectives.
• Manage accounts within the local market and lead sales meetings.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to scope and propose solutions.
• Develop multi-year account strategies and lead cross-functional teams.
• Build proposals and manage pipeline and forecasts monthly/quarterly.
