Job summary

Further is hiring a Senior Client Services Lead to grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts by translating strategy into measurable outcomes across data, cloud, and AI. You will coach account teams, run Executive Business Reviews, and secure renewals and expansions with executive stakeholders.

You'll manage $2M+ portfolios, craft multi-quarter roadmaps, and deliver business impact that CFOs care about, while partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and value realization.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years managing enterprise client relationships with revenue ownership.
• Proven track record growing a multi-million dollar portfolio YoY.
• Experience owning VP/SVP/C-suite relationships and leading EBRs.
• Commercial fluency in deal structuring, pricing, and forecasting.
• Able to discuss AI/data concepts at a strategic level with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial health, growth, and executive relationships for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Run QBRs/EBRs that prove ROI and quantify value for CFOs.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities independently.
• Coach and hold delivery teams accountable for account success.
