Job summary

Ziosk is seeking a Client Director to own executive relationships with Fortune 500 restaurant clients from Plano, TX. This on-site leadership role drives retention, expansion, and full post-sale lifecycle in a fast-growing SaaS company.

You will partner with Sales and Product, shape renewal strategies, and align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value, revenue growth, and customer success across large-scale portfolios.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a client director, ideally in SaaS or restaurant/hospitality technology.
Experience working with POS integrations, loyalty programs, online ordering, and restaurant analytics tools.
Familiarity with change management and enterprise onboarding best practices.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Personally own executive relationships, revenue retention, and expansion strategy for enterprise accounts.
Define and lead customer success and account management strategy with KPIs like retention and growth.
Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term value.
Identify and engage stakeholders across client organizations to drive adoption and growth.
Serve as executive sponsor and strategic advisor translating goals into solutions.
Partner with Sales and Product to support renewals, expansions, and feedback loops.
Develop enterprise account strategy and long-term plans aligned with client goals and company growth.
Drive upsell and cross-sell by multi-threading across the enterprise.
