Trystar Inc. seeks a Senior Change Management Specialist to own the enterprise ECR/ECO/ECN process, align governance across locations, and lead continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Engineering Change Management, Configuration Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or related discipline.
• Experience with state-of-the-art PLM tools (Empower Arena, PTC Windchill/Windshield, Siemens Teamcenter, Oracle Agile PLM).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the enterprise ECR/ECO/ECN process across locations.
• Serve as SME for ECR, ECO, ECN, and change management activities.
• Review, validate, and route engineering change requests per established processes.
• Monitor workflows, drive actions to closure, and escalate risks as needed.
• Develop and communicate KPIs like cycle times, backlog status, and schedule adherence.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support for change processes.
