Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in Engineering Change Management or PLM.
• Experience with PLM tools listed.
• Strong data accuracy and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to lead training and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the enterprise ECR/ECO/ECN process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of engineering changes across all locations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and SME for ECR, ECO, ECN, and change management activities.
• Receive, review, validate, and route engineering change requests to ensure completeness, clarity, and adherence to established processes.
• Monitor change workflows, proactively drive actions to closure, and elevate overdue approvals or implementation risks as necessary.
• Develop, track, and communicate KPIs including cycle times, backlog status, schedule adherence, process effectiveness, and workload metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance stakeholder accountability.
