Job summary

Exemplis in Cypress, CA is hiring an Engineering Change Specialist to own the ECO lifecycle and govern product changes across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing.

You will maintain BOMs and data integrity in PDM and ERP, lead CRB activities, train engineers on change documentation, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are production-ready and traceable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting ECOs in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating engineering changes across multiple functions (Eng, Ops, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing).
• Ability to read engineering drawings, revisions, and BOMs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and structured data reporting.
• Onsite work at Cypress, CA headquarters three days per week (Tue–Thu).

Responsibilities

• Own ECO lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Review ECOs, ECRs, deviations, and new part requests for accuracy before CRB or CAD release.
• Facilitate Change Review Board meetings and document outcomes.
• Train engineers on change documentation standards and governance.
