Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, human resource management, industrial psychology or related fields.
• Seven (7) years of experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives, with proven success in strategy, portfolio execution, and program activation.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute enterprise-level change strategies that align business and people outcomes.
• Partner with senior executives to define change vision, goals, and success metrics.
• Develop and deliver change roadmaps, integrating engagement, communications, capability-building, and adoption strategies.
• Conduct change assessments to evaluate scope, stakeholder impacts, and risks or resistance.
• Monitor and measure change progress against defined metrics and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain portfolio-level view to prioritize efforts, manage interdependencies, and optimize impact.
• Connect change strategies across programs to identify synergies and promote enterprise consistency.
• Build partnerships across functions to ensure aligned execution.
• Lead and mentor change practitioners for consistency of approach and delivery excellence.
• Advise leaders on change implications to enable informed decisions and risk management.
