Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Strategic Project Lead to design, develop, and implement large, multifaceted projects aligned with enterprise goals. The role sets strategies and directs cross-functional programs to transform business processes and operational tools.

You will manage work streams, measure performance with scorecards, mitigate risks, and present analyses to senior leadership. Seven years of program management experience and strong leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, psychology, behavioral science, program/project management, or a quantitative discipline.
• Seven (7) years related work experience managing multiple programs.
• Experience in multiple disciplines.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and directs project work streams with executive briefings on progress.
• Creates plans to measure performance, scorecards, and end-user feedback loops.
• Identifies risks and develops contingency plans and mitigation solutions.
• Translates business needs into technology requirements.
• Prepares decision analyses and reports for senior management.
• Manages third-party providers to ensure performance and contractual compliance.
• Ensures all program objectives are met.
