PNC is seeking an Organizational Change Consultant to join the HR Strategy Delivery and Risk organization. You will base in Pittsburgh or Mechanicsburg, PA; Cleveland, Akron or Columbus, OH; Downers Grove, IL; Atlanta, GA; Birmingham, AL.

You will lead change workstreams, analyze stakeholders, drive readiness and adoption, and ensure project success across complex transformations and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change workstreams or projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on change management ownership with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise initiatives and complex transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage change deliverables and resources.
• Develop change plans, schedules, and track progress.
• Lead change workstreams including stakeholder analysis and readiness.
• Monitor progress and address issues with stakeholders.
