PNC is seeking an Organizational Change Consultant to drive end-to-end change initiatives within the HR Strategy Delivery and Risk group. The position spans multiple locations including Pittsburgh, Mechanicsburg, Cleveland, Akron, and more, focusing on stakeholder analysis, readiness, and adoption to translate design decisions into people and process changes.

You will own change workstreams, develop plans, monitor progress, and guide client expectations while aligning with enterprise risk

Qualifications

• > 5 years of industry-relevant experience in organizational change and enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead change workstreams, stakeholder analysis, readiness, and adoption for enterprise projects.
• Define and manage change deliverables, plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Translate design decisions into people, process, and behavioral impacts across programs.
• Monitor progress, address resistance, and ensure client satisfaction and outcomes.
