Job summary

McKesson seeks a Director of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead enterprise change strategy for a large SAP S/4HANA transformation across North American Pharmaceutical Distribution and Corporate Finance.

The role reports to the VP, Modernization Office and requires building a high-performing team, governing change activities, and ensuring adoption through communications, training, sponsorship, and readiness across the organization. Hybrid work in Las Colinas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• 12+ years of progressive change management and business transformation experience.
• 4+ years leading change efforts for enterprise-scale transformations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall OCM strategy aligned with program objectives and deployment plans.
• Serve as senior advisor to executive sponsors and program leadership.
• Establish OCM governance, methodologies, standards, metrics, and success measures.
• Integrate change activities across all program phases from design to deployment and sustainment.
• Identify organizational risks and adoption barriers and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and communicate a clear case for change that connects objectives to employee impact.
