Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 12+ years overall with 4+ years in leadership.
• 12+ years in organizational change management or related disciplines.
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred for ERP transformations.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the enterprise OCM strategy aligned with program objectives and deployment plans.
• Serve as the senior advisor to executive sponsors and program leadership.
• Establish OCM governance, metrics, and readiness frameworks across design, deployment, and sustainment.
• Lead stakeholder engagement strategies and strengthen executive sponsorship effectiveness.
• Define adoption strategies, change KPIs, and sustainment to reinforce new behaviors.
