Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Director of Change Management & Communications to lead our enterprise change management and internal communications strategy. You will partner with executive leaders to drive organizational readiness, strengthen leadership communication, and ensure employees understand, adopt, and sustain key initiatives supporting RaceTrac's growth.

As a senior leader, you will establish governance, frameworks, and playbooks; oversee adoption initiatives from planning to sustainment; and

Responsibilities

Establish and lead enterprise change management strategy, governance, methodologies, standards, and tools.
Develop and execute enterprise communications strategies aligned with priorities and goals.
Lead readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, impact analyses, and adoption plans for major initiatives.
Partner with executive leadership, HR, Operations, Project Management, Learning, and Communications teams to drive transformation.
Create and maintain change management frameworks, playbooks, templates, and communications resources for leaders and project teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on change leadership, communication effectiveness, and organizational readiness.
Oversee integrated change, communication, training, and engagement plans from planning through implementation and sustainment.
Monitor adoption, engagement, and communication effectiveness with insights and executive reporting.
Build organizational capability through leadership coaching, workshops, training, and best practices.
Lead and develop the Change Management & Communications team with a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
