Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to head the HR Strategic Projects portfolio, ensuring alignment with HR and organizational priorities. You will prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and establish governance while evaluating scope, risks, and timelines.

Lead governance, oversee enterprise HR transformations, and partner with Change Management, Communications, and Learning teams to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years of project, program, or strategic-initiative management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise HR, business transformation, or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance practices.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Strategic Projects portfolio and align with HR priorities.
• Prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and establish governance.
• Evaluate requests, determine scope, risks, timelines, and resources.
• Provide executive visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Partner with Change Management, Communications, and Learning teams.
