AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Corporate Catering & Events Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for enterprise catering across Lake County campuses.

You will design systems, service standards, and training initiatives to create consistent experiences, while managing daily operations and driving program growth. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Management, Event Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in catering, hospitality, event management, or related service environment.
• Experience leading multi-site catering operations or large corporate events.
• Proven success developing operating procedures, service standards, training programs, and process improvements.
• Strong financial acumen with experience budgeting, forecasting revenue, and analyzing performance.
• Experience managing catering management software, online ordering platforms, event management systems, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills across organizational levels.
• Experience coaching, performance management and succession planning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic development and execution of the corporate catering program with scalable service models.
• Direct leadership to catering operations leaders and guide broader teams with a culture of hospitality and service excellence.
• Oversee daily catering and event operations across multiple locations with consistent standards.
• Develop and enhance catering menus, service tiers, and event solutions addressing client needs.
• Lead implementation of catering technology platforms, ordering systems, and SOPs.
• Oversee planning and execution of corporate meetings, executive events, and large-scale functions.
• Manage catering revenue, food costs, labor and expenses to meet financial goals.
• Build strong relationships with administrative partners, clients and sponsors.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and policy compliance across locations.
• Utilize data and feedback to drive continuous improvements and growth.
