Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive catering orders and coordinate service with customers; plan events with accurate pricing.
• Ensure preparation, delivery, and display of catering items.
• Schedule team members to cover events.
• Maintain budget across food, labor, and operating costs.
• Ensure high quality products and service.
• Follow up on catered events.
• Work with management on menu concepts and special events.
• Engage professionally with clients at all levels.
• Oversee care and operation of delivery vehicles.
