Job summary
Dexcom in San Diego seeks a senior leader to oversee Enterprise Capital Planning, partnering with business units, Finance and functional teams to consolidate capital plans into a single enterprise-wide portfolio.
You will develop tools, templates, processes and training for consistent planning, build advanced portfolio models and scenario analyses, and produce executive dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
- 2-5 years of management or lead experience.
- Experience in capital-intensive environments (manufacturing, life sciences, medical devices or pharmaceuticals).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the annual Enterprise Capital Planning process with BU leaders, Finance and Functions.
- Develop tools, templates, processes and training for consistent planning across the organization.
- Consolidate investment requests across capital categories and identify overlaps and dependencies.
- Develop advanced portfolio models and scenario analyses for investment strategies and constraints.
- Produce executive-quality reporting and dashboards to communicate portfolio performance and risks.
- Partner with Finance to maintain a single enterprise dataset for budgets, forecasts, spend and transfers.
