Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience.
• Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
• Experience in medtech, life sciences or technology industries.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate targets, lead due diligence, and build financial models.
• Coordinate end-to-end M&A execution with cross-functional teams.
• Support contract negotiations and structuring of transactions.
• Develop post-merger integration budgets and savings tracking.
