Dexcom Inc. seeks a seasoned Supply Chain professional to join the Supply Chain Network Planning Team in San Diego. You will forecast warehouse demand, build replenishment plans, and develop models to optimize inventory, while aligning with regional teams to execute on strategic supply initiatives.

You will analyze data, build KPIs and lead improvement projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple deadlines and collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years related experience required.
Experience with forecasting, planning and inventory management.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Forecast warehouse demand and establish replenishment plans.
Develop and maintain demand supply projection models.
Evaluate warehouse nodes supply flow and target stocking levels.
Develop KPIs and present trends for quarterly reviews.
Coordinate inventory impacts with regional teams (EMEA/APAC).
Analyze NPI and supply implementation strategies.
Support sunsetting SKUs and model timelines.
Develop standardized data dashboards and processes.
Identify root causes of inventory problems and drive solutions.
