Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Staff Planner for the San Diego Innovation Center to orchestrate complex pilot-plant planning across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. You will develop integrated schedules, ensure material readiness, and drive process improvements in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong ERP/BI skills (SAP/Oracle, Excel, Power BI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, and execution.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated production, development, and resource schedules for pilot manufacturing and related activities.
• Coordinate planning across Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management.
• Coordinate material readiness and inventory planning for pilot plant operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and scheduling methodologies.
• Act as planning subject matter expert and advise leadership.
• Facilitate planning reviews and communicate schedule status and risks.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and mitigate risks to maintain milestones.
