Zerocater is seeking a Head of Cafeteria and Catering Sales to lead the corporate catering sales efforts. This role requires a proven sales leader with 15+ years in B2B sales, including 8+ years in leadership positions. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and mentoring sales teams.

With a base salary between $225k and $250k, plus commission, this position offers significant earning potential along with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, PTO, and more. This role can be located in several US states, and it involves heavy travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B sales experience with 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience selling corporate catering and cafeteria solutions to large companies.
• Strong coach and mentor for sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Build sales strategy and partner with finance to exceed revenue targets.
• Coach existing sales teams to increase productivity.
