Job summary

Savage is seeking a detail-oriented Applications Administrator to own and support enterprise and in-house applications in Midvale, UT. You will configure, manage access, and optimize workflows, while partnering with leaders, SMEs, and vendors to drive effective systems across the business.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into clear requirements, maintaining documentation, and using AI tooling to improve processes, data quality, and user adoption in a dynamic, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring or administering a business application (users, roles, access, workflows, or settings)
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate into actionable work
• Strong business judgment and desire to improve processes
• Experience coordinating projects and tracking decisions in Jira
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Adaptable, service-oriented team player with learning mindset

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise and business-dedicated applications, serving as full administrator for some and supporting SMEs
• Manage configuration, access and roles, workflows, documentation, and vendor relationships for assigned systems
• Build relationships with leaders and users, serving as main contact for business functions
• Learn processes and data behind each system and identify ways to improve data quality and adoption
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and work with leadership to reach decisions
• Coordinate implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements from planning to rollout
