Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics or related field preferred.
• Certification in Business Transformation/Analysis (CBTP/CBAP/PMI-PBA) or PMP preferred.
• 6+ years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.

• Uses analytical rigor to diagnose challenges and inform decisions.
