The candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis, business problem-solving, and experience with AI applications, as well as Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT/CS, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics or related field preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis; AI/analytics experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases with tech and business leaders.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into transformation efforts.
