Job summary

4over LLC is seeking a results-driven Analyst, Business in Columbus, OH to join the Enterprise Project Management team. The role focuses on analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and delivering enterprise initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with leaders, project managers, and tech teams to optimize processes, ensure solution alignment, and drive efficiency. A strong background in business analysis and AI-enabled productivity is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Support the Enterprise PM team in delivering enterprise initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication across project lifecycles.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop current-state and future-state process documentation.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, documentation, and productivity.
