Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications or digital systems.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for technology initiatives.
• Experience supporting eCommerce storefront and admin implementations, integrations, or enhancements.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and technical docs.
• Analyze processes and perform gap analysis to improve efficiency and UX.
• Support business case development and evaluation for new technology initiatives.
