Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as BA, BSA, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting functional specs.
• Advanced Excel; reporting/visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to understand needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Support Enterprise PM team in delivering enterprise initiatives.
• Participate in planning, risk ID, testing, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication across lifecycles.
• Analyze current processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop current and future state process documentation.
• Recommend improvements to reduce complexity and boost effectiveness.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, documentation, and productivity.
