Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, CS, or related field (or equivalent)
• 3+ years as Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting specs
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with remote cross-functional teams and Agile

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders
• Lead discovery sessions and interviews to understand needs
• Translate requirements into functional specs, workflows, and user stories
• Ensure alignment between business goals and tech solutions
• Support Enterprise PM team in delivering initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional communication across lifecycles
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and experience
• Document current and future-state processes
