In this role you will translate business requirements into strategic roadmaps, monitor performance, and maintain alignment with enterprise digital transformation goals. The position emphasizes collaboration and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in CS, Engineering, IT, or MIS plus 5 years in software/PM roles.
• Foreign education equivalent accepted.
• Experience as Software Engineer, Developer, Analyst, PM, Delivery Manager or related.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise BPM and automation initiatives, defining scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation to align with objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams of architects, developers, analysts, and external vendors in modernization projects, ensuring SDLC adherence and governance.
• Conduct enterprise current/future-state assessments and translate requirements into roadmaps, plans, and milestones.
• Oversee modernization and integration initiatives, coordinate design reviews, ensure architectural compliance and performance standards.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and QA benchmarks; address risks, budgets, and schedules.
• Facilitate executive communications, prepare status reports and cost analyses aligning outcomes with strategy.
