Job summary

Xebia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise BPM and modernization initiatives in Atlanta. You will coordinate cross-functional teams of architects, developers, analysts, and vendors, aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and risk with business goals.

The role requires a BS degree in CS/Engineering/IT and 5+ years in software/IT project management, with strong SDLC and cloud experience. On-site at the Atlanta location, offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience in related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise BPM and automation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, architectural standards, and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of BPM and automation initiatives with defined scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Manage cross-functional teams of architects, developers, analysts, and external vendors for enterprise modernization projects.
• Translate business and technical requirements into project roadmaps, implementation plans, and milestones.
• Oversee system modernization, integration, and architecture reviews ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and QA benchmarks with corrective action plans.
• Communicate with executives and stakeholders, report status and cost analyses aligning with digital transformation goals.
