Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7+ years in billing operations, order-to-cash, or related finance functions.
• Billing expertise to interpret complex agreements into schedules and invoices.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, tax engines, and billing platforms.
• Solid understanding of accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and ASC 606.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise billing operations from setup to invoicing, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
• Review nonstandard billing terms with Sales and Deal Desk before contracts are signed.
• Translate pricing and terms into billing configurations, including proration and credits.
• Serve as primary contact for billing inquiries and disputes; investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and audits with billing reconciliations and docs.
• Identify and resolve billing system integration failures.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Deal Desk on renewals and renewals-related analyses.
