Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Data & Analytics Manager to lead BI development and data integration across ERP systems. You will build Power BI dashboards from the ground up, replacing legacy reports with scalable, data-driven solutions for Production Planning, Manufacturing and Operations Leadership.

The role combines deep supply chain knowledge with advanced BI capabilities, including SQL and data modeling, with a clear path toward people leadership as analytics scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain analytics or operations analysis.
• Hands-on Power BI development with data modeling (DAX) and deployment.
• SQL proficiency across multiple platforms (SQL Server, Snowflake).
• Experience with ERP/MRP data (Oracle EBS, SAP, NetSuite or equivalent).
• Strong communication to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Power BI dashboards from scratch for operations and leadership.
• Develop a daily executive overview dashboard covering production and supply chain KPIs.
• Create production and planning dashboards for real-time visibility and scheduling.
• Define data modeling standards and maintain maintainable reporting.
• Integrate SAP Analytics Cloud where complementary to Power BI.
• Collaborate with IT/Data Eng to ensure data quality and single source of truth.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance and provide actionable insights.
