Job summary

Fivetran in Dublin is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to lead our Commercial Business Development team and drive new demand through inbound and outbound strategies. You’ll partner with Sales and Marketing to align pipeline generation and coach the team toward top performance.

You’ll manage recruiting, development, and training of BDRs/SDRs, promote best practices, and collaborate with People and leadership to optimize hiring and coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BDR/SDR teams in SaaS or B2B tech.
• Proven outbound sales results and multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to drive inbound and outbound demand strategy.
• Proven adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to developing a learning, high-performing team.
