Job summary

Stack Recruitment is seeking an experienced Enterprise BDM for a fast-growing fintech platform building on-chain payments and global liquidity. You will identify high-value opportunities, cultivate strategic relationships, and close complex enterprise deals with payroll providers, freelancer platforms, and cross-border B2B payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise sales, ideally in fintech, payments, payroll, freelancer platforms, or cross-border B2B payments.
• Proven success in achieving B2B sales targets.
• Strong understanding of API-based solutions in financial services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, and cross-border payments.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and freelancer/gig platforms.
• Regulatory awareness in digital finance is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise clients in payroll, freelancer platforms, gig economy, and cross-border B2B payments.
• Identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities for API adoption.
• Engage enterprise clients for use cases such as digital asset transactions, stablecoin payments, and cross-border corporate payments.
