Hcl-America-Solutions-Inc is seeking an AV Support Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on supporting Unified Communications, including Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco video conferencing, ensuring reliable meetings and high-quality audio-visual experiences.

You will install, configure, and maintain conference room AV equipment, troubleshoot Cisco and Poly devices, assist with large virtual meetings, and keep accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UC technologies: Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco video conferencing.
• Strong knowledge of conference room AV systems and their interfaces.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV issues quickly and effectively.
• Familiarity with Poly phones and their conference room integration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams meetings and collaboration tools.
• Regular system checks on AV and network equipment.
• IT AV support for large group meetings and events.
• Accurate inventory management of AV equipment and configurations.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert support for conference room AV systems and UC platforms.
• Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment across meeting spaces.
• Troubleshoot Cisco video conferencing and Poly phone setups.
• Assist with Microsoft Teams meetings and virtual collaboration.
