Job summary

aero in the United States is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Audio-Visual Operations and Support team. You will guide AV platforms across conference rooms and collaboration spaces, partnering with Facilities, Information Security, and Customer Experience to deliver enterprise AV capabilities that drive business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of AV management or team leadership experience.
• 5+ years in AV/engineering roles with enterprise AV focus.
• Strong knowledge of AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, Cisco tools).
• Experience with AV security practices and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of all audio-visual capabilities that enhance and support the business.
• Plan and execute AV infrastructure upgrades and integrations.
• Oversee large corporate conferencing events.
• Manage vendor relationships with AV hardware/software vendors.
• Develop proactive strategies to minimize end-user impact at the enterprise level.
