Job summary

Automation Anywhere is seeking a Sales Account Executive based in California (remote) to drive new business growth for its APA-powered Intelligent Automation platform. You will lead enterprise-level deals, deliver product demonstrations, and partner with Sales Engineers to craft tailored solutions.

A strong background in selling complex software and a proven California network are essential. The role reports to the Regional VP, Sales and requires travel of 25%–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree combined with strong work experience is required.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proven track record in managing an existing customer base and driving expansion bookings to achieve/exceed annual sales quota
• 7+ years of full sales cycle experience within the Computer Software Industry, located in California
• Willingness to travel 25%–50% of time to engage with customers and attend events

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth in California, manage pipelines, and execute account strategies for large enterprise deals.
• Lead on-site and remote meetings, deliver compelling presentations and product demos to MQLs.
• Attend tradeshows and industry events to generate leads and expand market reach in California.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers to manage Proofs of Concept and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare RFX responses and compelling proposals
