The ideal candidate leads system implementations, conducts business process analysis, manages data and integrations, and drives user adoption through training and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, GIS, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, technology consulting, or enterprise application implementation.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and system integrations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, and operational challenges.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and process-mapping activities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Lead and support the implementation of enterprise software platforms.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, workflows, and enhancements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support decision-making.
• Provide training and change management to drive user adoption.
