Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years of systems analysis or similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems, databases, and integration tools.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and define system needs.
• Design functional specifications, data models, and process flows.
• Coordinate with developers and vendors for implementation and testing.
• Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT).
• Provide second-level support and monitor system performance.
