Job summary

Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Asset Management Systems Analyst in the United States. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing processes and translating needs into system requirements for asset management, work management, and field service platforms.

You’ll lead requirements gathering, design future-state processes, support configurations and integrations, and develop reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, GIS, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, technology consulting, enterprise application implementation, or similar.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating into functional system solutions.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, system integrations, data migration, or related enterprise technology activities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), CMMS, FSM, or asset management solutions preferred.
• GIS platforms (ArcGIS) and SQL/data management familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and current-state assessments.
• Develop future-state process recommendations to streamline operations.
• Lead or support enterprise software implementations, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and workflows.
• Support data migration, validation, governance across enterprise systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards to identify trends and improvements.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and document results.
• Develop training materials and provide end-user training and support.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business users throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
