Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, GIS, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, technology consulting, or enterprise application implementation.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and system integrations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, and challenges.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and process-mapping activities.
• Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations.
