Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical/operational discipline and 6+ years in enterprise asset management or related fields.
• Experience with maintenance management systems, work planning, and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Asset Management systems, preferably IBM Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for EAM initiatives to improve asset performance and maintenance effectiveness.
• Apply maintenance management and asset lifecycle knowledge to identify and implement improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across operations, engineering, IT, cybersecurity, procurement and business stakeholders.
• Develop use cases, implementation plans, performance metrics, and governance for strategic objectives.
• Serve as SME on EAM, digital transformation, and AI‑enabled practices while aligning with priorities and compliance requirements.
